Return to You Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Oct 1 - 4, 2026 / Haven Havelland, Milower Land, Germany (1,5 hours from Berlin)
Step out of your daily routine and take a deep breath of stillness at Return to You - a nourishing autumn retreat held at the beautiful Haven Havelland, just an hour and half from Berlin. Nestled in the landscape of Havelland, this weekend invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what truly matters.
As the seasons shift and nature begins its graceful descent into stillness, this is your time to pause, reflect, and return home to yourself. Through dynamic Vinyasa flows, soft Yin practices, meditation, breathwork, and nourishing sound baths, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you and realign with your own inner rhythm.
This retreat welcomes all levels and offers space for both movement and deep rest. Come to breathe, soften, and listen – and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and connection to yourself and the world around you.

The Program
The retreat begins on Thursday, October 1st, with our first gentle evening yoga session around 5:30pm (arrival from 3:00 pm) and concludes on Sunday, October 4th, after brunch around 2:00pm.
Each day starts in quiet stillness - with guided meditation and conscious breathwork to awaken your body, calm the mind. After a short pause for tea or journaling we flow into dynamic Vinyasa sequences that cultivate strength, balance, and vitality. Each morning practice is designed with care and intention, allowing energy to move freely and helping you return to a natural state of ease and clarity.
After practice, we gather for a nourishing brunch and time in community before the slower afternoon unfolds - with restorative movement, deep rest, and sound healing to soothe your system and integrate the day.
You’ll be guided through a variety of enriching practices:
- 1 × 90-min gentle flow, meditation & sound bath (arrival evening)
- 3 × 90-min dynamic morning Vinyasa sessions
- 3 × 30-min morning breathwork & meditation practices
- 2 × 90-min afternoon sessions including gentle flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & sound bath

In our dynamic Vinyasa sessions, we explore different areas of the body and their associated energy centers, along with the life themes they reflect. Mindful movement helps you deepen the connection between body and mind, while each sequence unfolds step by step, creating a practice that is both inclusive and inspiring for all levels.
In the afternoons, we slow down into the healing stillness of Yin Yoga, gently releasing tension held in the deeper layers of the body. These sessions are complemented by restorative practices such as guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) and calming slow flows, inviting a sense of surrender and ease.
We immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and mantra chanting, guiding you into profound relaxation and inner silence.
All classes are offered in English, unless all participants speak German.
